Jump Recruitment, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Group Corporate Controller to join the team of an international company in Downtown St. John's, who have significant international contracts.

The Role:

The Group Corporate Controller is a CPA or CA, who has experience with international companies and has a desire to acquire new skills and grow in their career, as well as be an integral part of the growth of a company.

Required Qualifications:

  • CPA/CA designation (Chartered Professional Accountant or Chartered Accountant)
  • Tax audit or Tax Compliance experience in Canada & US, including management of remittance and filings.
  • International WHT (Withholding Tax) experience.
  • Experienced with setting up international transfer pricing agreements.
  • Knowledgeable in managing a general ledger and preparing a trial balance.
  • Experience with creating income statements, balance sheets, and cashflow reports.
  • Small Business Tax Accounting software experience (such as sage) is essential.
