Overview:We're looking for best in class engineers to join our client's existing top-notch team. Utilizing non-Von Neumann techniques, you will help propel sustainable AI inference. As part of this talented team of engineers, you can - and are excited to - architect, implement, verify and productize custom hardware designs. Being on the team means collaborating with an extremely bright group of people while tackling tough and interesting problems at the intersection of AI and hardware. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the process of generating system level functional tests. This role requires a deep understanding of computer architecture, proficiency in C++ and scripting languages, experience working in a unix-based terminal, and knowledge of post-silicon manufacturing test requirements.
What you will be doing:
  • Create tests in assembly/system C that can be evaluated on boards and converted into ATE functional test vectors
  • Construct hardware models, write driving and checking code and create/modify test benches
  • Hardware, system and/or microprocessor validation
  • Work with Test Engineering to develop functional test suite for volume production test coverage
What you must have:
  • Minimum of 3 or more years in: Technical level knowledge of Processor/ASIC FPGA Design flow. Understanding of logic design, HW testing, pre and post-silicon verification and testing. Programming of C++ and scripting languages such as python, perl, bash
  • Comfortable in lab environment debugging system/platform-level issues and root cause isolation, methodology and tools (including Logic Analyzers, Protocol Analyzers, Oscilloscopes and Multimeters.) for the purpose of validating code.
  • Experience generating assembly level programming for processor operations
  • Demonstrated experience working through a complete hardware project cycle, from design, to fabrication, to testing
  • Experience with Verilog environment
  • Proficiency working in a unix-based terminal and using version control software such as GIT
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; demonstrated curiosity and desire to continuously learn
