Associate Lawyer (Litigation & Family)
Location: Coquitlam
Salary: $110,000-$137,000

Position Overview:
A well-established law firm is seeking a full-time Associate Lawyer specializing in Litigation and Family Law. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience and be ready to join a collaborative, supportive, and dynamic team in an in-office role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents, conduct research, and prepare briefs and pleadings
• Advise clients on legal matters
• Coordinate and file discovery documents
• Represent clients in court, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution
• Communicate with senior associates and partners to ensure efficient case management
• Respond promptly to client needs and maintain clear verbal and written communication

Candidate Profile:

• Member of the Law Society of BC or eligible for membership without articles (or equivalent in a similar jurisdiction)
• Demonstrated advocacy and negotiation skills
• Strong practice management abilities
• Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $110,000 to $137,000 (commensurate with experience)
