Employment Opportunity: Paralegal, Full-time, permanent

Summary of Responsibilities

• Work with the assigned lawyer on the preparation of documents such as pleadings, conference briefs, factums, affidavits, disclosure documents and other court documents;
• Organize and maintain documents and reports;
• Utilize computer technology efficiently and productively;
• Assist with data entry and billing;
• General office and clerical duties; and
• Other duties as required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Successful completion of paralegal diploma or equivalent, and 3-5 years experience as a family law paralegal, or equivalent experience;
• Excellent technical skills and exceptional attention to detail;
• Accurate and efficient data entry and keyboarding skills;
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines;
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to provide superior client service;
• Knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules; and
• Ability to manage multiple projects
