

- Admin certificate & 1 year FSR experience
- Strong customer service & communication skills
- Proficient in Excel & Word


- Provide superior customer service by troubleshooting and correcting service problems in the outside plant.
- Maintain outside plant network to ensure superior services.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude in a fast-paced customer facing environment.


- No previous experience or training necessary Develop leadership skills and gain invaluable experience
- Minimum requirements: 19 years old, Canadian citizen or permanent resident, good character and habits
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be medically fit to police force standards
