The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall branch operations and financial management and all aspects of Paladin 24/7 security business portfolio. This position will oversee a diverse team and will demonstrate to them the Paladin Difference and exude Paladin C.A.R.E. This position is expected to empower, coach, and provide guidance to staff and be able to manage multiple portfolios of clients and security staff.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and executing projects, with an emphasis on long-term strategic planning and thorough collaboration with team members.
- Develop and enhance internal and external professional relationships.
- Work closely and cross functionally with Vice President Atlantic Canada, Executive Vice President Eastern Canada, and Directors across Eastern Canada including other Departments
- Communicate and partner with the People & Culture Team on operational needs e.g., staffing requirements and employee matters
- Lead and prioritize Paladin's special coverage portfolio of business, including related inside sales opportunities.
- Carry out routine gap analysis of security programs and develop and action corrective action plans.
- Interpret KPI reports and implement operational adjustments

- Sales Acumen: Capability to lead inside & outside sales efforts related to services.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting KPI reports and conducting gap analyses to drive operational improvements.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, Security Management, or a related field is typically expected.
- Equivalent experience in operational leadership and security services may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Additional certifications in project management, security operations, or leadership development would be considered an asset.
- Bilingualism in English and French
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within New Brunswick as required.
