  • Research industry best practices in PMO operations, process improvement, organizational effectiveness, and customer-centric service delivery.
  • Support improvement initiatives focused on service quality, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and value realization.
  • Contribute to service performance measures, maturity assessments, and continual improvement frameworks.

We're looking for a motivated and analytical student who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, working with data, and collaborating with others. You will be a strong candidate if you:

  • Are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (4th year or above) or a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline, and are eligible to participate in a co-op learning program.
  • Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Are proficient with Excel, Power Apps, Visio, and process improvement tools.
  • Have an interest in continuous improvement, process optimization, and customer-focused service delivery.
  • Are interested in using data, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Are interested in developing experience with process mapping, service design, customer journey mapping, and performance measurement.
  • Enjoy collaborating with project managers, business analysts, PMO leaders, and business stakeholders.
  • Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

What we offer:
