Our team is looking for a driven, fun, systematic, and outgoing individual to join our team. The ideal ISA calls and prospects for new clients, nurture relationships, sets buyer & seller appointments, and manages all leads within the team database. Calls are mostly made each day (some are inbound) to obtain the necessary background and information to set an appointment for our Buyer and Listing Agents. Compensation: $80,000 ($32,000 base plus bonuses)

Responsibilities:

  • Gather accurate background information from potential buyers and sellers and then set great appointments for our team agents
  • Update and maintain our team database with any updates regarding buyers and sellers
  • Take inbound sales calls from prospective clients, qualify them, and set the appointment

Qualifications:
  • Must absolutely possess great communication skills
  • Some real estate background is preferred
  • Great organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt and think clearly in a sales-based environment
