The Position:

Summit Search Grouphas been retained by our North American client on the recruitment of their newly created Business Development Manager. Our client is a leader in delivering innovative marketing and creative services across North America. They are a team of dedicated professionals committed to helping their clients achieve business goals through strategic solutions tailored to their unique needs. Our clients remote setup allows them to collaborate seamlessly with clients and team members, ensuring that results can be delivered no matter where they are located.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving our clients growth by identifying new business opportunities. The Successful Candidate has a proven track record of developing/implementing sales strategies and building strong relationships with prospective clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying potential clients that could benefit from the companys marketing services.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients through regular communication and networking.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Providing regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the companys services and build brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in a Business Development Manager Role.
  • Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably selling a service-based product with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies and drive business growth.
