Pocketed is hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to drive our continued growth!

As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in crafting and executing our partnership strategy. Collaborating closely with our CEO, CTO, and the heads of Sales and Marketing, you'll creating and owning all initiatives around creating and nurture strategic partnerships that drive mutual growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role demands a blend of strategic planning, marketing acumen, and a hands-on approach to partner relations. The ideal candidate has a solid track record of developing impactful partnership strategies, particularly within the B2B SaaS or SaaS-enabled service sectors.

Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Partner Marketing Manager, you are responsible for driving Pocketed's growth through strategic partnerships:

  1. Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that align with Pocketed's mission and business objectives. This includes setting partnership goals, negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful execution and collaboration.
  2. Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to integrate partnership strategies with overall business goals. Facilitate the alignment of partner activities with Pocketed's marketing campaigns and sales objectives.
  3. Market and Competitive Insights: Monitor market trends, gather insights on potential partners, and analyze competitors to inform strategic decisions. Leverage this knowledge to identify new partnership opportunities and optimize current partnerships.
  4. Performance Measurement and Optimization: Establish clear metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of partnership initiatives. Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize partnership strategies for maximum impact.
  5. Partner Marketing and Promotion: Lead the development and execution of co-marketing initiatives with partners, including events, webinars, content collaborations, and promotional campaigns, to drive awareness and generate leads.

Your Qualifications:

  • You have proven experience in partnership management or partner marketing roles, preferably within the B2B software industry.
  • You have demonstrated ability to identify, negotiate, and manage high-impact partnerships.
