Inventory / Cycle Count Clerk

• Shifts: Full-time – Days
• Pay: $23.00/hour
• Location: Woodbridge, ON
• Start Date: Immediate – Temp to Perm opportunity

We are hiring an experienced Inventory / Cycle Count Clerk for a busy warehouse in Woodbridge. You will keep inventory records accurate for multiple clients by counting, investigating and correcting discrepancies. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and confident with WMS systems and Excel.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and full physical inventory counts
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Update and maintain inventory records in the WMS
• Track lot numbers and expiry dates where required
• Audit bin locations and correct location errors
• Prepare inventory reports in Excel
• Work with shipping, receiving and supervisors to fix root causes of errors
• Use RF scanners to scan and confirm counts
• Keep inventory areas organized and labelled
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of inventory or cycle count experience in a warehouse
• Experience with a WMS and RF scanners
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Clear English communication skills
• Able to walk the warehouse and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
• CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes
• Reliable transportation to Woodbridge
• Candidates must meet all minimum requirements to be considered

Preferred Experience Experience with one or more of the following:

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Lot tracking
• Microsoft Excel
• Multi-client inventory
