Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Analyst (Entry-Level)

Job Summary

We are hiring an Entry-Level HRIS Analyst to support the maintenance, accuracy, and reporting of our HR information systems. You'll help ensure employee data is accurate and assist with system updates, troubleshooting, and reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate employee data within HRIS platforms
  • Assist with system updates, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Support HR reporting and data extraction requests
  • Help identify and resolve data discrepancies
  • Assist with HRIS-related projects and process improvements
  • Support system access and permissions management
  • Document HRIS processes and procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR, HRIS, or systems support
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficient in Excel; familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP, or similar) a plus
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential employee data responsibly
