MDSearch is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with medical aesthetics experience to join a well-established aesthetic clinic in Edmonton.

- Build and expand your injectable practice in a structured, high-volume environment
- Access ongoing training, mentorship, and advanced treatment technologies
- Work within a collaborative team of experienced medical aesthetic professionals
- Deliver safe, consistent, and results-driven injectable and medical aesthetic treatments
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinic protocols and patient goals
- Conduct consultations, assess patient needs, and set clear expectations for outcomes
- Recommend complementary treatments including energy-based devices (EBDs) and medical-grade skincare
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment photos, and patient progress records
- Ensure strong patient follow-up, retention, and pre-booking for optimal treatment cadence
- Provide an exceptional patient experience through professional communication and education
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth scheduling, workflow, and patient flow
- Stay current with aesthetic techniques, products, and industry best practices
- Follow all clinical protocols, safety standards, and inventory procedures
- Active registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Alberta (RN or LPN)
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in cosmetic injectables and medical aesthetics
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a clinical aesthetic setting
- Strong consultation, communication, and patient education skills
- Client-centered approach with a focus on safety and outcomes
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong team collaboration and initiative
- Existing patient following is considered an asset but not required
- Competitive base salary plus commission
