Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, consistent, and results-driven injectable and medical aesthetic treatments
  • Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinic protocols and patient goals
  • Conduct consultations, assess patient needs, and set clear expectations for outcomes
  • Recommend complementary treatments including energy-based devices (EBDs) and medical-grade skincare
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment photos, and patient progress records
  • Ensure strong patient follow-up, retention, and pre-booking for optimal treatment cadence
  • Provide an exceptional patient experience through professional communication and education
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth scheduling, workflow, and patient flow
  • Stay current with aesthetic techniques, products, and industry best practices
  • Follow all clinical protocols, safety standards, and inventory procedures
Requirements
  • Active registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Alberta (RN or LPN)
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in cosmetic injectables and medical aesthetics
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a clinical aesthetic setting
  • Strong consultation, communication, and patient education skills
  • Client-centered approach with a focus on safety and outcomes
  • Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Strong team collaboration and initiative
  • Existing patient following is considered an asset but not required
