Were looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to support our construction finance team in Ontario. The ideal candidate will manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

What Youll Do

• Maintain accurategeneral ledger entriesand financial records
• Processaccounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Assist withbank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting
• Support payroll, invoicing, and billing processes
• Prepare and maintainfinancial statements, spreadsheets, and reports
• Ensure compliance withCanadian accounting standards and healthcare regulations
• Collaborate withfinance, operations, and administration teams
• Assist with audits and internal controls

What You Bring

• Proven experience or internships inaccounting, finance, or bookkeeping
• Strong knowledge ofaccounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes
• Proficiency inMS Office (Excel), QuickBooks, or other accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in afast-paced construction finance environment
• Diploma or degree inAccounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Familiarity withconstruction accounting or construction financial operations
• CPA coursework
