Were looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support executive decision-making through structured financial reporting, job profitability analysis, and performance insights. This role translates operational data into meaningful financial intelligence and works closely with the CFO and divisional leaders to enhance financial visibility across the organization.

What Youll Do

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Develop and maintain divisional and job-level profitability reporting.
Analyze gross margins by division, project, and sales representative.
Identify trends, risks, and performance variances with supporting analysis.
Prepare and reconcile commission calculations and performance-based reporting.
Maintain reporting templates and improve reporting automation and efficiency.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reconciliation controls.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial modeling as required.

What You Bring

5-7+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience.
Strong understanding of P&L statements and job costing environments.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling).
Experience with ERP or accounting systems.
Strong reconciliation and variance analysis skills.
CPA designation (or working toward) is considered an asset.
