The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager and site team in administering and coordinating institutional construction projects. This role plays a critical part in documentation control, procurement support, and communication flow.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in contract administration and document control
Issue and track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders
Support procurement and tendering processes
Maintain project logs and cost tracking systems
Assist in schedule updates and reporting
Coordinate communication between consultants, trades, and internal teams
Support close-out documentation and turnover packages
2–5 years of experience in construction project coordination
Institutional or public-sector project exposure preferred
Familiarity with CCDC contracts
Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar software
Strong organizational and communication skills
Exposure to large-scale civic projects
