Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative / Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer inquiries while also collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key data metrics. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is both people-focused and data-driven—comfortable solving customer issues while uncovering insights to support business decisions.
Customer Service (50%)

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and explaining the best solution.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate to the appropriate teams.
  • Assist with onboarding new customers and providing product or service guidance.
Data Analysis (50%)
  • Collect, clean, and analyze customer service and operational data
  • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and service performance trends.
  • Use data to identify process improvement opportunities and present operational metrics
  • Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Operations, Product) to share findings and support business initiatives.
  • Support ad hoc analysis requests from leadership.
QualificationsRequired:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role.

  • 1+ years of experience with data analysis or reporting responsibilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, charts).

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom).

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred:
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Familiarity with SQL or basic database querying.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
