Job Title: Site Superintendent - Commercial/Residential Construction
Location: Vernon, BC
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Work Location: On-site

We are currently hiring a Site Superintendent to lead construction site operations for commercial and residential projects. You'll be responsible for scheduling, crew supervision, site coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Oversee day-to-day construction site activities

• Develop and manage project schedules and logistics

• Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors

• Conduct site meetings, safety briefings, and quality inspections

• Maintain project documentation and daily logs

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams

• Uphold WorkSafeBC safety protocols and site compliance

• Address on-site issues and communicate updates to the Project Manager

• 10+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent

• Deep understanding of construction drawings, codes, and best practices

• Proficiency in MS Office and Bluebeam

• Valid BC Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record

• First Aid certification (required)

• Red Seal certification (asset)
