We are looking for a Drywall Estimator with following skills below

Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to understand the scope of work.
- Perform detailed material takeoffs for drywall and steel stud framing projects.
- Calculate the quantities of materials needed, including panels, studs, fasteners, and finishing products.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accuracy and completeness of takeoffs.
- Prepare and submit material estimates and cost analyses for project bidding and planning.
- Maintain a database of material costs, labor rates, and project histories to aid in accurate estimation.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes and negotiate pricing for materials.
- Assist in the development of project budgets and schedules.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and construction methods.
- Address any discrepancies or questions regarding takeoff details from the project team or clients.

- Proven experience as a material takeoff estimator in the construction industry, specifically with drywall and steel stud projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and labor requirements.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Experience with takeoff and estimating software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift, or similar).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
