We're Hiring: Client Service Coordinator

Join our dedicated team at CW Kitchens and play a role in coordinating and delivering exceptional service. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be the primary link between our customers and the services we provide, ensuring all components come together seamlessly to meet client expectations and enhance their overall experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to customer service inquiries and requests promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure services are delivered as promised and on schedule.
  • Track service requests, keep customers informed with regular updates, and swiftly resolve any disputes or complaints.
  • Monitor and act on customer feedback to address issues promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Analyze service reports to identify and implement areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with both service technicians and internal departments such as production and logistics to ensure timely availability and delivery of necessary parts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A diploma in Business, Woodworking Technology, Construction, or a related field.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn.
  • Prior experience in customer service within kitchen manufacturing or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant computer applications.
  • Knowledge of the woodworking or construction industry is an advantage.
