Position: Inside Sales Representative

In this essential role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our company, engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey with us.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage Customer Interactions: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and timeliness, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Provide accurate and courteous customer service, striving for excellence in every interaction.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and strengthen relationships with both internal teams and external customers to enhance business growth.
  • Order Processing: Efficiently review and process customer purchase orders promptly and accurately.

  • Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with production, quoting, and purchasing teams to meet urgent customer needs.
  • Office Administration: Assist with general office administration duties as required, ensuring smooth operations.
