As CIRA's Director of first impressions and as part of the People, Culture and Brand team, you will take pride in keeping our office running smoothly while providing an excellent experience for internal and external stakeholders alike. It may go without saying, but this is an in-office role. We're looking for a team player who is personable, highly organized with excellent communications skills and takes pride in getting things done!

What you will do:

  • Manage CIRA's reception by providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients alike; co-ordinating shipping and receiving and responding to ad-hoc requests.
  • Support meetings and internal events by co-ordinating catering, meeting rooms and general logistics.
  • Contribute to the employee on-boarding experience, tradeshows and corporate events by providing administrative supportive to multiple internal teams.
  • Be the main liaison between CIRA and all of our facility related contacts, ensuring that our beautiful office space is fully-equipped and provides an excellent employee experience for the CIRA team.

What you bring:

  • A minimum of 1 years' experience in an administrative support or customer success role.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and quality
  • Great judgement with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. French language skills are an asset.
