Who you are:

You are a seasoned B2B SaaS product leader, with years of experience working with cybersecurity hardware, software, or services. You thrive at the centre of attention on a metaphorical big stage, can quickly and effortlessly engage any live audience, and can communicate just as effectively in writing.

You are excited to build an opensource cybersecurity solution for the greater good of Canada, Canadians, and the world. You are an experienced and energetic product leader who is equally comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams to deliver on your product vision. You are a logical, data-driven cyber-evangelist that clearly and concisely translates market and customer needs into product requirements for our world-class engineering team to build.

What you will do:

• Define and execute product roadmap and vision for one or more products in CIRA's cybersecurity portfolio.
• Support the sales cycle from customer engagement through to successful product implementation.
• Use market analytics and customer use cases to inform product direction.
• Be a subject matter expert, educating internal and external stakeholders on unique value propositions of your products and services through 1-on-1 engagements, webinars, conferences, trade shows, and other in-person events.
• Be a decision maker on the early-stage development of a diverse set of products.

What you bring:

• 8+ years of product management experience for B2B SaaS software products or services.
• 3 - 5 years of cybersecurity market experience as a product leader (i.e., software, hardware, or services).

• Undergraduate degree in a business discipline (e.g., business administration, commerce, marketing).
• Resiliency in managing product launches with multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Forward thinking, data-driven mindset with proven analytical abilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive teams to execute on well-defined plans
