Reporting to the Product Management Director, you will play a key role as a change agent in developing and optimizing product programs to meet the needs of the UAP network and enhance its market competitiveness. Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, margins, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate agreements and ensure optimal competitiveness.
- Introduce new product lines and identify growth opportunities.
- Design marketing plans and promotions to support sales growth.
- Act as a product expert for internal teams (training, support, problem-solving).
- Ensure that suppliers adhere to the established policies and performance standards.
- Optimize inventory management while minimizing product duplication.
- Support, mentor, and coach team members to foster their growth and development.
Qualifications
In order to join our team, you will need:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and/or a related field of study with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, as you will work closely with colleagues and clients across Canada.
- Knowledge of Access (asset)
