We are looking for a Team Lead to oversee our pricing management technicians within our heavy vehicle parts distribution company. This key role involves supervising a team responsible for implementing pricing strategies, while actively contributing to the review and improvement of pricing management tools and reports. You will also be responsible for optimizing processes to ensure efficient and transparent price management.
Responsibilities :
- Train and support the team on tools, procedures, and reports, coordinate tasks, and provide daily support.
- Apply and adjust prices based on guidelines, costs, promotions, and customer needs, particularly during complex pricing changes.
- Optimize pricing management processes to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and meet the needs of the team and the company.
- Identify needs for tools and reporting, collaborate with internal teams to improve them, and ensure regular monitoring of prices and adjustments.
- Quickly resolve pricing discrepancies in collaboration with product management, billing, and operations.
Qualifications
- Degree in administration, marketing, economics, or operations management (OM) with at least 3 years in a similar role and experience managing complex cost or resale price changes.
- Knowledge of pricing management processes, advanced Excel skills, ERP systems, BI tools.
- Knowledge of AX and KARMAK systems.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written. You will frequently collaborate with internal clients across Canada.
