The Verification engineer is responsible for conducting testing on early prototype components to support achievement of TRL4, completing DVP&R activities during development of fuel system components and the application of existing components for new OEM customer programs, as well as supporting resolution of FRACAS issues for current customers. Preparation of detailed verification test plans Creation of verification test reports Specification of test rigs and fixtures Developing expertise in the capabilities of test rigs Creating detailed test instructions for technicians A Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent ~3+ years experience in development of complex systems involving mechanical and electrical components ~ Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis ~ Ability to specify and utilize measurement instrumentation and data acquisition ~ Experienced in creating and implementing verification or test plans.
