Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an BSA to join a leading insurance client. You will be joining the digital advisory team working on a large program to support the front end claims. Responsibilities will include collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze current business processes, create detailed documentation (requirements, functional specifications, process work flows), and coordinate and conduct testing with the development team. This is a flexible hybrid role that will require the successful candidate to go onsite Guelph 1-2 days per week.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-7 years of experience as a BSA
• Insurance background
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques such as jira and confluence
• Hands on experience with test case creation and testing
• Experience with impact analysis, root cause analysis and other documentation processes
• Strong communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of Guidewire
