Type: 6 month contract

Location: Hybrid 1x/week in Guelph, ON

Rate: $40/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a QA to join a leading insurance client. You will be joining the digital advisory team working on a large program supporting the front claims. Responsibilities will include creating test plans and cases, performing manual testing, defect tracking, and working collaboratively with the development, and business analyst teams. This is a hybrid role that will require the successful candidate to go onsite Guelph 1-2 days/week.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5-7 years of experience as a manual QA
• Proficiency in QA tools and methodologies such as jira and confluence
• Hands on experience developing test cases, defect tracking, regression tracking, etc.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience with test automation tools
• Playwright experience
• Knowledge of Guidewire
• P&C insurance background
