Role: Senior Strategic Planning Consultant

Type: Permanent Full-Time

Location: Onsite 2x/week in Guelph, ON

Salary: $100,000-$125,000/yr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Strategic Planning Consultant who will be supporting all aspects of the planning and research responsibilities that are required to develop, maintain and influence a strong organizational strategy. This role is hybrid and the individual is expected to be onsite 2 x week at the Guelph location.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years experience working in Insurance or Financial Services Industry
• Requires the ability to understand key operations and strategic metrics
• Experience in project management and the development and implementation of plans
• An undergrad or graduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance and Accounting or a related field

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• CPA or CFA designation
• CIP / LOMA designations or working towards
