- – Maximize revenue by developing relationships with customers in assigned territory
- – Prospect and qualify new accounts, including dormant and competitor accounts
- – Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and prepare strategic action plans
- Own and maintain the CRM end to end: deal stages, contact profiles, interaction logs, pipeline reporting.
- Support the COO in prospecting data centre sites: research power availability, fiber connectivity, land.
- Execute systematic follow-up on every lead, referral, and introduction. Coordinate with Bell's national sales.
- – Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers to achieve retention and growth goals.
- – Manage key client accounts, driving renewals, expansions, and strategic conversations.
- – Develop and improve processes for account health tracking, reporting, and renewals.
