What is the Opportunity?

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer (Angular) to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performing, and secure front-end solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and lead the adoption of best practices in front-end development to meet evolving business needs.

As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, build user-centric applications, and contribute to shaping the future of our digital platforms.

What will you do?

• Design and develop user interfaces using Angular best practices, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Make complex technical and design decisions for Angular projects, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs with front-end components.

• Develop and manage dynamic, user-friendly forms and workflows.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and mentor junior developers.

• Work within an Agile product team, collaborating with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver exceptional products.

• Stay updated on the latest front-end technologies and frameworks, and actively contribute to improving development processes.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on Angular (Angular 17+ preferred).

• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.

• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx, Redux).

• Strong understanding of RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming.

• Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Jasmine, Karma).

• Ability to make complex technical decisions and troubleshoot issues effectively.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience working in Agile environments.

• Proven ability to mentor and guide junior developers.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to GenAI tools and best practices.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization techniques.
