- Operational Reliability - Define and track service health (availability, latency, freshness, accuracy); institute observability and incident practices; own runbooks for portfolio?level events and communications.
- Risk, Compliance & Ethics (AI included) - Embed safe?AI and data?management practices (evaluation, guardrails, auditability); ensure policy alignment and transparent decisioning; manage vendor and third?party risks.
- Stakeholder Partnership - Represent the portfolio to senior technology and business leaders; communicate outcomes and trade?offs; drive adoption via enablement, reference architectures, and playbooks.
Key Responsibilities:

- Implement evaluation harnesses for AI outputs; manage model/version lifecycles and rollback plans.
- Evidence & Reporting
- Produce audit?ready evidence and executive dashboards for coverage, quality, reliability, and portfolio value.
- Publish insight packs that inform decision?making and future investments.

- 12–15+ years across data/platform engineering, data management/governance, and AI/ML
- 10+ years building and leading product/platform organizations at enterprise scale.
- Proven leadership of multiple concurrent Product Groups (or equivalent portfolios), with delivery of discovery, classification/enrichment, and AI/agent capabilities.
- Deep architecture expertise across multi?cloud and federated on?prem estates; hands?on familiarity with metadata/catalog/lineage platforms, pipeline orchestration, and observability.
- Strong experience in AI/ML service design (LLM/RAG, agent frameworks, guardrails, evaluation/MLOps); evidence?by?design approaches for governance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and organizational change leadership.
- Background in financial?services data practices; familiarity with privacy?preserving techniques, synthetic data for test harnesses, and cost/performance optimization of large?scale scanning workloads.
