What is the opportunity?

The Senior Manager, Talent Enablement & Delivery will play a strategic role in executing RBC Capital Markets priority talent initiatives, with an early focus on preparing a future-ready organization through AI Adoption and the AI People Strategy. This role will translate talent strategy into executable plans, drive stakeholder alignment across the business and HR functions and deliver measurable business outcomes that align with talent priorities.

What will you do?

  • Convert talent strategy priorities and annual talent lifecycle activities into clear and executable plans. Talent strategy initiatives may include AI Adoption, Workforce Planning, Op Model & Org Design, and Role Analysis & Redesign
  • Own and be accountable for the full delivery of initiatives, from planning through execution, ensuring timelines are met, dependencies are managed, and alignment to business objectives
  • Translate complex talent initiates into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and business teams that secure buy-in, and align stakeholders around priorities and actions
  • Design, build and roll-out integrated change management plans that include communications, training, resistance management, and adoption tracking and iterate rapidly with an agile change management mindset
  • Build clear and compelling decks, artifacts and frameworks that drive stakeholder alignment and next step actions
  • Work closely with Business Leaders, HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, and Talent Partners to understand barriers to adoption and talent gaps and turn insights into recommendations that shape how we refine our strategy and approach to change management
  • Collaborate with Talent Enablement & Delivery team colleagues and Centers of Excellence to identify what's working well, make it better and scale best practices and innovative solutions that drive business value and sustained impact

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • University undergraduate degree or relevant experience within financial services and/or HR.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent problem solving, solution-oriented mindset and proven ability to successfully partner with others to drive results.
  • Making decisions independently despite uncertainty and ambiguity.
  • Proven ability in building rapport and maintaining client relationships while working independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Nice-to-have

  • Ability to adapt and change to fit the need of the requests
