    • Use a variety of analytical methods (descriptive, diagnostic and predictive) such as time series analysis, segmentation, hypothesis testing and causal inference to surface actionable insights
    • Embed reliable and re-usable patterns and showcase them to drive forward the analytics brand of the Digital Intelligence Group both internally and across Digital teams at RBC
  • Data Collection/Ingestions/Acquisition:

    • Support business stakeholders in identifying needs for additional data acquisitions, and coordinate plans to orchestrate data acquisitions
    • Develop templates and systems for repeatable processes
  • Digital Product Reporting and Presentations:
    • Define, communicate and enforce reporting and analytics standards, policies and data governance
    • Construct presentations in story format and deliver them to partners across the organization
    • Deliver clear, concise and timely reports identifying trends, issues and opportunities
  • Stakeholder Consultancy:
    • Manage relationships with key business stakeholders to develop, execute and monitor complex insights and analytical solutions to business problems
    • Digest complex problems and organize into achievable milestones
    • Apply expertise and think creatively to address unique or ambiguous situations and to find solutions to problems that can be complex and non-routine

What do you need to succeed?

  • Storytelling and executive presence: ability to articulate a narrative for an analysis or report
  • Experience working on agile teams using Github and JIRA
  • Ability to work with and lead analysts and managers

Nice-to-have
