JOB TYPE: Permanent full-time
SCHEDULE: Day, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: French essential and spoken English

JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director of Engagement and Organizational Development, the Competency Development Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating training and development strategies designed to enhance the competencies of staff at all levels of the organization. They work closely with managers, HR partners and consultants to identify training needs, design relevant programs and support a culture of continuous learning.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in a related discipline or combination of training and experience deemed equivalent;
- Three to five years' experience in skills development, training or personnel management;
- Problem-solving and change management skills;
- Interpersonal skills and enthusiasm;
- Proficiency with computer tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) and willingness to improve knowledge to meet needs;
- Ability to work independently and within a team;
- Physical ability to perform assigned duties;
- Good work history (performance and attendance);
- Adherence to professional ethics principles, the Network's management philosophy and organizational values;
- Adherence to Vitalité Health Network's confidentiality rules.
