SCHEDULE: Day, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.

JOB SUMMARY :
Reporting to the Corporate Director of Information and Risk Management and Chief Privacy Officer, the incumbent participates in personal information protection activities at the regional level based on legislation, standards in effect and best practices. The incumbent sees to integrating personal information protection practices and processes in collaboration with their colleagues in the Privacy Office, with the Corporate Director of Information and Risk Management and Chief Privacy Officer, with the Network's managers, and with stakeholder organizations and partners. In addition, the incumbent manages the record access audit software on a daily basis and ensures that it is used optimally and acts as a consultant to their colleagues with respect to record access.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (health, administration, law, communications, etc.);
- Three years' progressive experience in the field of health or privacy;
- Knowledge in the legal field or legislation considered an asset;
- Analytical thinking, synthesis, and problem-solving skills;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Good emotional intelligence and ability to manage stress in difficult situations;
- Judgment, tact and discretion;
- Leadership, ability to mobilize/engage others towards achieving common goal;
- Proficiency with computer tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, MedQM, iReport, etc.);
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Physical ability to perform the assigned work;
- Good work history (performance and attendance);
- Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values;
- Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalité Health Network.
