SCHEDULE: Day, Evening, Weekend, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: French essential and spoken English

JOB SUMMARY :
The Project Coordinator – Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) reports to the Regional Director of Community Engagement. They are generally responsible for coordinating CHNAs in the various communities served by Vitalité Health Network. They act as a consultant to the Network's management and other internal stakeholders with regard to CHNAs and related follow-up. They guide and support stakeholders in conducting CHNAs (data collection and analysis, coordination of committee activities, participation on community advisory committees, writing of reports, presentation of results).
REQUIREMENTS :
- Graduate degree in a field related to the position: social sciences, health sciences or a related discipline;
- Undergraduate degree in a health discipline considered an asset;
- Minimum of three years' experience in the collection, analysis, interpretation and distribution of qualitative and quantitative information;
- Experience in qualitative research and research methodology;
- Experience in community outreach and project management;
- A combination of training and experience deemed equivalent may be considered;
- Understanding of health determinants;
- Very good communication skills, both written and oral, in both official languages;
- Proven analytical, writing and synthesis skills;
- Recognized leadership skills;
- Ability to set priorities and meet objectives;
- Ability to manage numerous projects and tasks simultaneously and understanding of the organization's needs and priorities;
- Proven ability to manage complex projects;
- Demonstrated group facilitation skills;
- Proficiency with common computer tools (Microsoft suite);
- Valid driver's licence as travel is required;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Physical ability to perform the assigned work;
- Good work history (performance and attendance);
- Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values;
- Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalité Health Network.
