Job Title: Anodizing Line Supervisor
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay: $25.00/hour
Location: Sutton Drive and Pachino Court, Burlington
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Hire

This is a long-term opportunity in a fast-paced automotive production facility. The ideal candidate will have long-term experience as an anodizing line operator and supervisor and is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. We are looking for candidates who can interview and start as soon as possible!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily anodizing operations to meet production targets while ensuring quality (QMS ISO 9001), traceability, safety, and procedural compliance.
• Supervise and support operators, providing on-the-job training to ensure understanding of goals, procedures, and standards; foster a safe, fair, and efficient work environment.
• Coordinate scheduling and execution of line, rack, and tooling maintenance.
• Clean and organize work areas.
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor line efficiency, assist operators as needed, and work with support teams to review and resolve quality issues through corrective actions.
• Ensure timely documentation, employee punctuality, and adherence to confidentiality standards; report safety concerns immediately to the Plant Manager.
• Support the development and implementation of new or improved processes to enhance productivity and quality, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50-60lbs.
• A valid G-class driver's license.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Excellent communication skills (reading, writing, verbal - English).
• Willing to provide a Criminal Record Search.
• 2-3 years of long-term experience in a similar line operating and supervising role.
• CSA Safety Shoes Required.
