Facility Maintenance Technician (Warehouse)

Location: Etobicoke, ON
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

We're looking for a hands-on Facility Maintenance Technician with solid mechanical skills and experience using tools and equipment. This role is ideal for someone with a background in maintenance, trades, or warehouse operations who enjoys problem-solving and working independently.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine cleaning and upkeep of the facility
• Perform general maintenance and minor repairs as needed
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support equipment functionality
• Ensure the workplace remains clean, safe, and organized
• Assist with any additional maintenance-related tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in facility maintenance, general labour, or a similar role
• Comfortable using tools such as drills, saws, and other equipment
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a trade (carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, automotive, etc.) is an asset
• Valid driver's license is preferred
• Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Good communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
