JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the successful candidate will oversee recruitment activities within Vitalité Health Network and act as an expert advisor in this area. In addition to managing the human resources under their responsibility, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for the entire recruitment process life cycle. They will work closely with the director of the sector to develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies designed to meet Vitalité Health Network's current and future staffing needs. They will also ensure that the candidate experience is optimal, professional, and in line with organizational values.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, in human resources, or in a related field;
  • Minimum of five years of varied experience in human resources or recruitment;
  • Experience in supervising or managing staff;
  • Experience in the public sector or in the health field considered a significant asset;
  • Any combination of training and experience deemed equivalent may be considered;
  • Motivational leadership and excellent collaboration skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with various partners;
  • Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills;
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to set priorities and meet objectives;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Drive, flexibility, creativity and initiative;
  • Availability to travel within the Network's territory;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Physical ability to perform assigned tasks;
  • Good work history (performance and attendance);
  • Adherence to professional ethics principles, the Network's management philosophy and organizational values;
  • Adherence to Vitalité Health Network's confidentiality rules.
