The Role
Are you ready to play a key role in a dynamic, global marketing team? Reporting to the Global Brand Manager, the Marketing Operations Specialist will be an integral part of the marketing function, supporting a wide range of strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the success of marketing initiatives through effective coordination, execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate and manage marketing activities, maintaining annual marketing calendars and ensuring timely communication with internal stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis to support business growth, market positioning, and strategic decision-making.
- Support digital marketing efforts, including the management and optimization of social media platforms, websites, and media campaigns.
- Project manage marketing initiatives, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and objectives are met across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and agency partners to assist in the creation and delivery of promotional materials and campaign assets.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events including, global trade show activations, internal meetings/trainings and other marketing activations.
- Respond to ad hoc requests and special projects, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to evolving business needs.
- Track and report on marketing KPIs, helping evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, materials, and communications.
- Support budget tracking and invoice processing, working closely with the finance team to manage marketing spend efficiently.
- Help maintain marketing tools and platforms, such as project management systems, marketing automation tools, and asset libraries.
A successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing or business role
- Creative thinker with an analytical mind
- Strong communication (written & oral) skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to find solutions
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
