Warehouse Associate - Off-site Contract

We are currently seeking a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Associate to join our team our Saint John, NB team, as soon as possible. This individual will be on a contract-basis until project completion (anticipated 6-8 months).

Work Location & Professional Conduct expectations:

1. This role will be off-site, based at client locations (Saint John LNG). The selected individual will be required to commute directly to/from the client's site (~15 km from Saint John, NB).
2. Work will primarily be outdoors and prepared to wear weather appropriate attire.
3. The successful candidate will be the face of our company while on-site, so professionalism, clear communication, and respectful conduct are essential.
4. It is key to demonstrate reliability and punctuality, arriving each day prepared and ready to contribute.
5. As part of pre-employment & site-accesses, the selected individual will be subject to mandatory Criminal Background Verification& Drug and Alcohol Screening.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for delivery
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through counts, documentation, and system updates
• Ensure the warehouse space remains orderly and efficient
• Follow all site-specific safety rules and procedures
• Communicate effectively with on-site personnel as well as the internal teams
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification:

• High school diploma is required
• Experience working in an industrial and/or outdoor environment would be an asset
• Able to manipulate stock weighing up to 50lbs & able to stand, walk, lift, reach, etc for extended periods of time
• Forklift certification would be a strong asset
• Customer-focused and positive attitude
• Strong motivation to learn
• Able to work with minimal supervision

• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures
• Superior organizational skills
