Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Cambridge, ON
Our customer in Cambridge is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who can work collaboratively with the team to deliver the desired customer experience and achieve business objectives.
Wage: $18.00/hour
Shift: Days (8 am - 4:30 pm)
Shifts Available: Monday to Friday
Job Duties:
- Enter received orders in the order entry module of ACCPAC and respond to inquiries regarding orders.
- Maintain a systematic filing system and enter customer invoices received.
- Maintain goods returned credit and adjust prices accordingly.
- Develop productive relationships with customers to help and anticipate their needs.
- Complete assignments on time and meet deadlines.
- Provide administrative assistance to other staff members when needed.
- Work on other projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- One year of experience in Customer Service.
- Bilingual - English and French.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to work effectively with Sage ACCPAC is an asset.
- Willingness to work in an office setting.
- Willingness to maintain professionalism.
- Detail-oriented, with strong communication and organizational skills.
