Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Burlington, Ontario - Upper Middle Road & Appleby Line
Shifts: Days: 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Saturday (every other Saturday shift is mandatory)
Rate of Pay: $21.00/h to start
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Hire
Our client in Burlington is hiring a Customer Service Representative for their wholesale produce office. Qualified candidates will be available to work alternating Saturdays and have 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience in an office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers and general public
- Enter and process orders in tracking system and follow up on discrepancies
- Maintain and update customer pricing documents online and in-person
- Accurately process payment for customers via credit card online, in-person, and over the phone
- Support Cash & Carry as required, cashing out customers and taking payments
- Serve as key point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Perform daily filing of customer invoices and assist with various administrative tasks and support the team as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar customer service or admin role
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with customers
- Strong customer service skills while speaking with customers
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Available for over-time if necessary
