Job Title: Office Admin

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Admin to support the daily operations of our landscaping business.
Responsibilities:
- Create and process invoices using QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
- Prepare and organize landscaping blueprints.
- Use LMN Software for job costing, estimating, and scheduling.
- Prepare and send accurate quotes for landscaping services.
- Manage client communication and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain organized documentation and files.
- Handle general office tasks, including phone calls and scheduling.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop.
- Familiarity with landscaping blueprints.
- Experience in invoice creation and quote preparation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
