Job Title: Warehouse Custodian

Shifts Available: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm or 10:30am - 7:00pm

Location: Milton, Ontario - James Snow Pkwy and Regional Rd 25

Rate of Pay: $23.00/hour

Job Type: Ongoing Temporary

We are seeking candidates with long-term industrial cleaning experience to join our client's fast-paced warehouse. This is a distribution centre that offers 40+ hours per week in a reputable organization. You must have your own vehicle to commute to the facility as it is not transit accessible.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing
• Sanitize and tidy break rooms, offices, meeting spaces, and other shared areas
• Bailing cardboard and trash removal
• Cleaning restrooms and other high traffic areas
• Operate cleaning equipment including floor scrubbers and polishers
• General building maintenance and updating facilities
• Lifting and moving items weighing up to 50lbs
• Other duties as assigned

Candidate Qualifications:

• Previous long-term experience in custodial or cleaning role (2+ years required)
• CSA certified safety shoes required
• Comfortable lifting, pushing, and sliding 50+lbs when necessary
• Personal vehicle required as this facility is not accessible via public transit
• Willing to provide a Criminal Record Search if selected for assignment
• Available to interview in Burlington and begin working IMMEDIATELY
