Position: Coordinator, Digital Marketing Communications

Location: 5099 Creekbank Road, Mississauga, ON

Salary: Commensurate with education and experience

The Bell Marketing Communications team is a fast paced, dynamic, customer-focused group. At the forefront of the execution of marketing campaigns, the Marketing Communications Coordinator manages various projects across a wide array of deliverables and tactics and analyzes performance to optimize results.


  • Manage the execution of marketing communications tactics including web, social media, email, SMS, and more
  • Support the creation of marketing communication briefs in close collaboration with the Senior Manager, Marketing Communications
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure creative is aligned to brand, legal, pricing and partner guidelines
  • Review results and provide recommendations for future campaigns to leaders
  • Partner with the data teams to develop business rules and better understand the segmentation to ensure that messaging is tailored to the audience
  • Quality assurance and ongoing monitoring/management of trigger programs and journeys


  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with a keen ability to focus on the details 
  • Have a customer-first mentality, interested about consumer marketing and technology
  • Certificate or University degree in Business, Marketing and/or related discipline
  • Experience working in an advertising agency / marketing environment


Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
