SummaryThe Wireline Acquisition Pricing Strategy team is seeking a highly motivated Specialist, Pricing Strategy to drive our competitive edge. As a key member of this dynamic team, you will shape pricing strategies and offers for the Bell Residential Services portfolio (TV, Internet, and Home Phone). You'll analyze the competitive landscape, identify growth opportunities, and optimize revenue to ensure Bell's continued market leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Strategic Pricing: Drive pricing strategies for key Bell Residential Services initiatives, including new product launches and lineup enhancements.
- Competitive Strategy: Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape to develop pricing strategies that drive market share growth and revenue optimization.
- Portfolio Management: Manage a robust portfolio of targeted pricing initiatives.
- Strategic Opportunity Identification: Leverage your strategic and financial expertise to identify and capitalize on exciting pricing opportunities.
- Develop Business Cases: Develop comprehensive business cases that include data collection, qualitative analysis, revenue opportunity identification, cost savings, and profitability analysis.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work cross-functionally with key teams (Marketing, Finance, Sales, etc.) to bring your vision to life, utilizing strong communication and influence skills.
- Executive Communication: Present and gain approval for pricing changes directly to the Bell executive team.
- Problem-Solving & Presentation: Identify opportunities, develop proposals, and deliver presentations to senior leadership.
- Undergraduate Degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a marketing or pricing strategy role, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis.
- Ability to present to and influence executive decision-makers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational, coordination, and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- A results-driven attitude, a winning mindset, and the ability to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Telecommunications industry experience.
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Professional Accounting designation (CPA, etc.).
- Experience in a Business Analysis role.
