Your Contribution
As a Site inspection technician, you will work in collaboration with the Building science team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Perform condition assessment inspections or survey for roofs;
  • Verify roof installation work in accordance with the drawings and specifications as well as the codes and standards;
  • Process and compile inspection reports;
  • Assist in conducting invasive building inspections and testing (ex. Roof cut tests, water / leak tests, etc.);
  • Attend site meetings with roofing contractor, client and Architect;
  • Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules.

Your Profile
  • College Studies in architecture or in a relevant field ;
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in roofing inspection/ installation;
  • Relevant experience in roof waterproofing;
  • Comfortable to work at height and using tools to access at elevated building elements;
  • A valid driver's license with own vehicle and travel throughout Ontario is required;
  • Ability to perform cut tests on the roof composition will be considered as an asset;
  • Demonstrate sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety.

Qualifications:
